Mr. Blessing received, with departmental distinction, his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1988. He obtained, with Honors, his J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1991 and to the Florida Bar in 1992. Mr. Blessing is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. His civil litigation practice includes commercial and personal liability such as personal injury, wrongful death, premises, products, insurance coverage, contract, and construction.
