Mr. Scornik was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He received his B.S. in Mathematics, with Honors, in 1993 from the University of Florida and his J.D. in 1996, with Honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Scornik is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Scornik practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance defense, and immigration law.
