Gail C. Bradford, Esquire

Ms. Bradford received her B.A. in
Communication from Goucher College in 1991, earning
both General Honor and Honors in the Major. She
earned her M.S. degree in Criminal Justice, with an
emphasis in Law Enforcement, from the University of
Baltimore in 1995. She earned her J.D. from Roger
Williams University School of Law in 1998. She was
admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1998, and
in Georgia and Florida in 2000. She is currently a
member of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the
Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of
Florida, and the Northern District of Georgia. Ms.
Bradford’s practice concentrates on civil rights
litigation and municipal liability, particularly
land use and public safety issues, in both state and
federal courts. She is currently a member of the
Florida Bar, the Defense Research Institute, and the
Florida Police Lawyers Association
