Jeffrey A. Carter was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Carter received his B.S. in 1984 from Southern Illinois University and his J.D. in 1996 from Florida State University. His practice is solely devoted to liability defense.

Mr. Carter’s civil litigation practice includes the representation of clients in bodily injury and property damage claims.  Throughout his career Mr. Carter has handled a wide variety of litigation involving public entities, civil rights, automotive negligence, consumer credit, premises liability, negligent security, storm damage and residential and commercial construction defects.
