Jennifer Barron was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida in 2005 and her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2017 from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Barron served as a Research Assistant for Assistant Dean Brian Sites and as a Teaching Assistant for the Department of Academic Success. Mrs. Barron served as the Director of Inter-School Competitions for the Barry Law Moot Court Honors Board and placed as a finalist at the E. Earle Zehmer Workers’ Compensation Competition and American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also earned book awards in Legal Research & Writing I & II, Contracts, Federal Civil Procedure, Business Organizations, Aviation Law, Popular Culture and the Law, and Contracts Drafting.

OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

While in law school, Mrs. Barron served as an intern to the Honorable Donald A. Myers, Jr., Circuit Civil Court Judge, in the Ninth Circuit for Orange County, Florida. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the City of Orlando, City Attorney’s Office.

Mrs. Barron practices in the areas of civil litigation in state court, including general tort liability, personal injury, and premises liability.
